S. C. Schroder & Associates, LLC invites you to bid on the following trades for the above referenced project, they include but are not limited to Divisions 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, & 16. Subcontractors will be required to submit proposals for all material, labor, equipment & applicable tax in accordance with the contract documents for their specific trades. The project consists of a new Pre-Engineered building of approximately 13,600 SF including but not limited to: Site work, concrete, masonry, steel, carpentry, millwork, insulation, aluminum windows, doors, frames & hardware, overhead doors, interior finishes, div. 10 specialties, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work
